Welcome to the online system for organizing the celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Diocese of Madison.
To use this system, work with your neighboring parishes to formulate a request for a confirmation celebration. Submit a proposal to the Bishop's office using this online form. Be sure to include the list of parishes involved, estimated number of candidates, and three preferred dates. The Bishop's office will collectively consider all requests, possibly direct further collaboration between parishes, and respond with assigned dates.
